Mr. Faisal Mahmood Chunawala
Mr. Faisal Mahmood Chunawala is the Chairman & Managing Director of Chunawala Group. He brings on board his unique vision, management practices, and great approach to the function, expansion, diversification, and management of the organization. He comes from a family of Real Estate Developers and himself holds the experience of 19+ years in the industry. His father, the late Mr. Mahmood Chunawala, proudly holds 35+ years of Real Estate Development experience and exposure in the name of Minaz Constructions.

Mr. Farooq comes from one of the prominent Emirati business families The Farooq Family.
Ali Farooq is a professional horseman.
He trains race horses and breeds race horses in different parts of the world.
Even though this is his first venture in real estate development, Mr Farooqs family has deep rooted knowledge and understanding of the real-estate market in UAE due to a very diversified investment portfolio in the Real Estate sector of Dubai for 3 generations.
